Laminated bookmarks with hand painted art, made with love! 5.4 x 15.4 cm

In 2018 I was in group therapy where I made a friend. One day when I was having a difficult time my friend slid me a piece of paper with a short poem on it, it read “Someone once gave me a box full of darkness. It took me years to understand that this, too, was a gift.”
When therapy ended we stayed in contact until, sadly, my friend committed suicide.

Whenever I have had a difficult time, this poem has always been helpful and it is my hope that it will help you too.
