All my pieces are hand stamped by me one letter at a time. These are not etched so there will be variances in spacing, depth and alignment with each letter but I will do my best to make it perfect.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please send me a message letting me know what you would like stamped on your piece.

o CUSTOM REQUESTS may take up to 5 to 7 more days as it has to be “custom made”. If you need it rushed please note this in the covo box.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

* All my pieces are guaranteed. If you receive your piece and it arrives damaged please contact me. Send a photograph of the damaged piece and the package it was sent in. I will send you a replacement. PLAQUES: Before sending I will send a final picture for your acceptance. 🙂

CARE:
Copper and New Gold jewelry will develop a patina and should be polished with a polishing cloth to maintain a shiny appearance.

Aluminum and Pewter clean and shine with a polishing cloth.
