All orders are mailed through Royal Mail Postal Service. They are packaged in waterproof wallets made of a bio-based biodegradable film, and paper padded envelopes that can be recycled. Invoices and receipts are not included within the order to reduce our use of paper. If this is required, or you would like a digital copy, please contact me.

Please be aware that due to Covid-19, and the current shopping season, there is additional strain on postal services and delivery times can be unreliable. All items are shipped Royal Mail First Class (not tracked) for the UK, and Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked) unless a delivery upgrade for tracked shipping is selected – but due to these delays orders can take up to 14 days (UK) or 40 days (International) to arrive. As such, refunds or re-shipments of missing orders already dispatched will not be offered until after this period. All orders that total £50 or over (not including cost of delivery) will automatically be upgraded to Tracked shipping.
