🌎 SHIPPING
Every item is made to order. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days because of all productions and preparations.
🛬Delivery:
North America: 2 – 4 weeks;
Europe: 2 – 3 weeks;
Asia Pacific: 2 – 4 weeks;
Sub-Saharan Africa: 2 – 4 weeks;
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3 – 5 weeks;
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3 – 4 weeks;
North Africa and the Middle East: 3 – 4 weeks.

Sometimes the delivery process could be very unpredictable but it doesn’t depend on me, so, please, wait for 1-2 weeks above the specified dates if the parcel is delayed.
I am not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

PLEASE NOTE: I have partners that are helping me to make your orders sometime. I always try to ship your item from the place that is closest to you. If you have to pay any extra cost when receiving a parcel, you can always contact me about it. I will be happy to help you!

🔹 Colors can vary a bit due to different monitors and settings, the case may differ in color slightly to the image pictured.
🔹 Please note that Marble/Stone/ Wood/Linen/Fabric/Leather/ Texture are not real, are PRINTS.
🔹All the changes to the current order (model/ print variation, name/image/color/background adjunction etc.) can be made only during 24 hours from the moment of purchasing the item, after this period the shop is no more responsible for changes and the client have to purchase a new one with a discount of 50%.
🔹 All my cases are handmade and I make them under your request, so I can’t exchange the case or make you a refund if you put a mistake into order.
🔹 Please, also make sure that your shipping address and contact telephone number is correct to prevent delivery delays caused by misinformation.
🔹 For other countries delivery there may be additional taxes, if you have not already purchased in ETSY, find out in your post company for possible taxes!

💬 REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
– Non-customized cases can be exchanged and refunded.
– Any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
– The price of the product will be refunded once it is returned or at least if I am followed by a receipt from the post. A refund may take up to 7 working days.
– Customized cases are not refundable unless there is an issue with the product. Please send me the picture of the problem and I will try to figure out how to rectify it.
– I REFUND ONLY THE COST OF THE ITEM YOU BOUGHT. I do not refund third-party taxes or payments, like shipping costs unless I made a mistake when shipping your item that caused the package to be delivered to a wrong location.
