This fitness headband is meant to be used while doing your favorite workout activity, but they can also be worn any other time. (I’ve even tested in the pool to see if it would stay on and it did.) The moisture-wicking fabric keeps sweat from dripping in your eyes and it stays in place your entire workout.
Plain headbands are made from performance fabric and is 87% Nylon and 13% Spandex. Shimmer headbands are a similar fabric and are 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex.
Headbands are tapered in the back to provide the best fit possible. They stay put best worn halfway on your forehead and halfway on your hair.
My favorite width is 3 1/2 inches but can also be made a little thinner at 3 inches or a little wider at 4 inches.
