There is NO Character Limit on text; however, use an example as your guide; font sizes will be adjusted accordingly. Proofs are generally sent out within 24 hours after your order is placed. Proofs will be sent to your Cartave Account and email associated with your Cartave account; please be watching for these to avoid delays.

NOTE: We will NOT print until you approve any & all customized products.
First proof gets approved with 90% of customer’s orders and shipped out soon after; we will provide free revisions included with the product price until you’re happy with the final proof.

Return Policy

– We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from CanvasArchive! We gladly exchange any defective item(s), and ship you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your item(s); Due to the nature of these products, there are NO Refunds. Simply let us know about any defects/issues via email message within 30 days after receiving your order, and we’ll work to provide the best shopping experience
NOTE: Please don’t mail any items back to us, UNLESS we authorize the return shipment first.
– It’s our number one focus to make sure that you are 100% happy with your order. We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered.
– In the instance that you mistakenly provided us with the wrong information, we’re happy to send you a corrected product.
